Property acquired 1867 by Charles F. Boysen who constructed this building (then topped by a cupola). Edifice served as home and as Consulate of Sweden and Norway. Acquired 1882 by Wathen V. Perry, wife of Edward Aylesworth Perry. Perry (March 15, 1831-October 15, 1889), was Governor of Florida, 1885-1889. Site acquired by Scottish Rite Building Association in 1922.
