Who made the first systematic weather observations with instruments in America


January 1738 ~ February 1753

In this building, which probably antedates the year 1715 .... Dr. lining lived … made observations of the weather ....and may have conducted his apothecary shop .... it is certain that it has been used for this last purpose since 1780 ....
